Meet Maine artist Fred Lynch, who uses a system of repeated geometries and divisions to explore visual possibilities. His paintings evoke the type of order and chaos found in patterns of nature—branching of trees, veining of leaves, and molecular systems. Learn more about the structure and abstraction of Lynch’s work.
