Staff Positions

Under the direction of the Interim Director of Development, provides support to the Portland Museum of Art’s (PMA’s) Development department by completing data entry assistant work in both electronic and paper systems. Contributes to the operation of the Development department in meeting data needs to support the PMA’s constituent relationship and fundraising goals.

Under the general supervision of the Visitor Experience and PMA Store Manager, responsible for providing exceptional visitor experience with a thorough understanding of Portland Museum of Art (PMA) information, while selling admission, memberships and PMA product; promoting programs and events; and providing information and customer service support. Supports PMA goals of building audiences, developing and strengthening constituent relationships, and maximizing revenue.
